A lighter world is kringlan’s credo. Heavy weight is always undesirable and a source of cost and technical, social and environmental issues. The need for lightweight applications is increasing more and more in every technical field.

Weight is influenced by both concept and material: kringlan wants to convince the industry to rethink their standards and to substitute traditional materials with high-performance thermoplastic composites. Main advantages of thermoplastic composites are their outstanding mechanical properties (in particular impact properties) and their short manufacturing cycle times. Their processing requires a lot of know-how which kringlan has acquired through the development of new cost-effective processing methods.

Using our technologies, weight and/or costs can be reduced everywhere: automotive, aerospace, electric industry, paper industry and in general in the mechanical industry.
